Yes, you can! It's best for us to have a conversation to see if my services are suitable for you. Please note: All services must be self funded, so an employer cannot pay for you, and you will not be able to use any health insurance.
Yes, you can work with me under a mentoring and coaching programme.
However, as a UK registered healthcare professional I cannot make any assessment of your health condition, or give you any virtual "treatment" for your health condition if you are outside the UK.
If I believe you require further medical assessment and management I will advise you to see someone local to you in your country.
I know this can seem a bit confusing!
There are 2 areas:
1. Health & Business mentoring support
I am offering mentoring and coaching based on 30 yrs of professional experience, running a business and also personal experience of managing illness and injury.
What I do is also called "Vocational Rehabilitation" in the UK.
This is often provided by people who have worked for long periods as healthcare professionals specialising in supporting people to return to or remain in work after illness of injury.
This will include discussing your health condition, it's management and treatment.
It may also include advice and support around lifestyle improvements (especially physical activity, movement, pain, fatigue and symptom management, and sleep) particularly if your programme includes the Firstbeat Heart Rate Variability Life Assessment and technology. (Subject to your geographical location).
If I think you need specific therapy I will recommend that you seek this elsewhere more local to you, and / or with someone who is better suited to provide that service for you.
2. Clinical Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation services
This is more traditional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, as well as trauma informed coaching and health lifestyle coaching for a variety of types of conditions, for all sorts of people - but people who want to recover, and regain their lives after injury or illness. It may not involve business or work. It may be more about family and hobbies or sport.
These services can be provided locally in person (near Wirksworth, Matlock, in Derbyshire) or online.
Please review the Health & Life Services page for more information.
