You may be feeling uncertain, frustrated or overwhelmed—even after months (or years) of doing what you were told. You’ve followed the advice, done the exercises, maybe even “healed”—but something still doesn’t feel quite right. 

I’m here to support you in making sense of movement again—gently, intelligently, and with real-world clarity. 


With over 30 years of experience in physiotherapy, serious and multiple injury rehabilitation, work and sport focused recovery and cancer management, I guide people like you to move with confidence, reconnect with your body, and live in a way that feels possible—even if life looks different now.

You won’t be given a sheet of generic exercises or rushed through a protocol. Instead, I meet you where you are—with calm, curiosity and the tools to rebuild trust in your movement, one step at a time.
