Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation & Pain Management

I am dedicated to providing specialist and personalised clinical physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to help you achieve optimal recovery from injury or illness. I have almost 30 years experience as a Chartered Physiotherapist, and have been a clinical tutor for a variety of rehabilitation approaches and a university visiting lecturer over the years. My expertise includes the design of award winning clinical services and she is considered an expert in "functional rehabilitation" for complex pain and injury, enabling people from all walks of life and many types of work to get back to doing the things they need to and love to do.

In the last few years I have added Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching to my skillset, and become a Cancer Rehabilitation Specialist Physiotherapist.

Fees vary according to service and sessions, and must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Appointments can be provided at the following locations:

• The Aura Hub, Ravenstor Road, Wirksworth, DE4 4FY (1-1s, Gym on site)

Tuesdays 09:30am -15:30pm. Thursdays 09:30am - 16:00pm and 18:30-20:30pm

• The Coach House Studios, Crown Yard, Market Place, Wirksworth, DE4 4ET             (for 1-1s by arrangement and Cancer Rehab classes)
• Online
• Home visits by arrangement (GP or Case Manager Referral letter required)
• The great outdoors - Peak District National Park locations by arrangement

Please note, we do NOT accept health insurance such as BUPA, Aviva, Axa etc. However, you may be able to use Cash plans such as WPA or Simply Health to help fund your sessions.
